  • Proficiency in accounting software platforms and compliance knowledge;

  • Effective communication and problem solving skills;

  • Attention to detail and organizational skills;

  • Proficiency in English.

Job Description

The Accounts Payable and Receivable Specialist plays a crucial role in managing the money that flows into and out of our company. You will be handling bills and invoices that we receive from vendors or suppliers and make sure these bills are accurate, organized and processed.

You will also be responsible for tracking the money that the company is owed from customers or clients. This includes sending out invoices, following up on late payments, and making sure that payments are received in a timely manner. We are looking for a good communicator that can work with customers on payment arrangements and resolves any issues that may arise.

What will be your main responsibilities?

Workplace

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work remotely for 2 days per week. Ideally, the workplace is in Zaragoza (Spain), but we are open to candidates based in Lisbon (Portugal).
