• +/- 2 years of experience with managed cloud services (AWS, GCP) and preferably Salesforce.

• We are looking for a flexible generalist who is able to manage different systems.

• You are trustworthy, responsible and organized.

• You’re a problem solver with a proactive mindset; you can independently research, tackle and resolve problems, seeking help where needed.

• Working language: proficient spoken/written English required.

Job Description

As a pivotal member of the IT team at Youdera, you'll be shaping the future of distributed energy. Your role goes beyond the conventional, encompassing a diverse spectrum of responsibilities. In addition to managing our web platform's infrastructure and ensuring the seamless operation of over 1000 energy systems across Europe, your expertise will extend to administering a range of external IT tools and services, including Salesforce (CRM), Scoop (Solar Project Management tool), Odoo (ERP system), Google Workspace, as well as locally installed apps, laptops, servers etc.

What will be your main responsibilities?

• Your day-to-day tasks will involve configuring and troubleshooting various systems, ensuring robustness, accuracy, stability, and security across the entire IT landscape.

• You will be the first point of contact for our team when it comes to IT related issues.

• You will implement automation, process improvements, and systems integration to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of tools.

• You will have the opportunity to shape and implement the selection of infrastructure tools, exploring managed cloud services like AWS, and contributing to PHP/DB coding aspects as your skills and interests evolve.
