Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey within a new venture of the Youdera group? We are currently seeking an entrepreneurial Operations Director for our new brand in Spain. You will play a pivotal role in establishing and expanding our presence in the region. This position is designed for a highly motivated and independent operations professional who is ready to build everything from the ground up.

• Implement and improve operational strategies and processes that align with the company's growth objectives.

• Manage installations of solar PV projects, including engineering, procurement, project management.

• Involved in implementing and maintaining rigorous quality control measures to ensure that all projects meet the company's standards for safety, performance, and customer satisfaction.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, partners, and regulatory authorities.

• Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to maintain a competitive edge.

• Have the opportunity to build and lead your own operations team, selecting and nurturing talent to drive the success of the business.

Arbeitsplatz

Spain. We require someone to be based in either the region of Madrid or Zaragoza. Ability to travel as required.
