Job Description

Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey within a new venture of the Youdera group? We are currently seeking an entrepreneurial Sales Director for our new brand in Spain. You will play a pivotal role in establishing and expanding our presence in the region. This position is designed for a highly motivated and independent sales professional who is ready to build everything from the ground up.

What will be your main responsibilities?

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to establish our brand and offerings in the Spanish industrial and commercial solar PV market.

  • Take ownership of the entire sales process, from customer acquisition to after-sales service.

  • Proactively generate potential leads for new accounts, contributing to the continuous growth of our customer base.

  • Conduct on-site meetings with potential clients to understand their solar energy needs and provide detailed information on our solar solutions: direct sales, Power Purchase Agreements (PPA’s) and renting contracts.

  • Utilize your expertise to gather information and assess customers' requirements accurately.

  • Recommend and tailor solar energy products and systems to best meet the unique needs of each customer.

  • Have the opportunity to build and lead your own sales team, selecting and nurturing talent to drive the success of the business.

Workplace

Spain. We require someone to be based in either the region of Madrid or Zaragoza. Ability to travel as required.
