Job Description

The HR and General Administration role at Youdera, at the management level, will oversee daily HR operations and administrative tasks, playing a crucial role in fostering a productive work environment. This position is pivotal for maintaining smooth business operations and ensuring that our teams function efficiently.

What will be your main responsibilities?

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures relevant to the Solar PV sector.

  • Manage the recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding.

  • Oversee payroll and benefits administration.

  • Implement and manage a performance appraisal system.

  • Coordinate with department heads to manage office supplies and equipment.

  • Address employee concerns or grievances.

  • Foster a culture of innovation, and continuous learning.

  • Organize and supervise office activities.

  • Ensure compliance with regulations and laws in Portugal and Spain.

Workplace

Positions are available in Lisbon, Portugal, and Zaragoza, Spain. Primarily on-site with flexibility in working hours and potential for occasional remote work.
